Repayment reminders will be sent to you via email and SMS 7 days before and 1 day before your scheduled repayment date.



GIRO payments

If your GIRO has been set up, your payments will be automatically deducted from your bank account. Please note that it takes a few days for the payment to reach us, so you may receive late payment messages in the meantime. In addition, you will not be able to drawdown until the funds have cleared. 

Note: After you have sent us your GIRO form, it can take 4-6 weeks for it to be set up with the bank. You will receive an email notification when it has been activated. In the meantime, please make payments via bank transfer or cheque.

 

Bank transfer / cheque 

You can find our bank details on your dashboard. Please be sure to include your company name in the transaction description, and/or send through some evidence of your repayment for our records. You can send this to your relationship manager via WhatsApp or email. 

 

Early repayment

For early repayment of the full amount owing, interest will be prorated and all outstanding interest will be waived. Reach out to your relationship manager for the total amount repayable.
