The documents you need depends on the complexity of your organisation. For simple organisations, you will not need any documents at all. For complex organisations, you might need the documents below.


For a smooth registration, we encourage you to submit those documents if you have them at hand.




USER PROOF OF ADDRESS

  • When we ask for this document. When your personal address in the Certificate of Registration of your company is not your residential address, or if you are not a Director or Shareholder and you do not appear in the Certificate of Registration.

  • What the document must show. Your name and full address.

  • What type of documents are accepted. Any invoice or legal document issued by a third party: utility bills, phone bills, bank statements, rental agreement, contract. The document must be <= 3 months old.


USER PROOF OF IDENTIFICATION

  • When we ask for this document. For all users that do not sign up with MyInfo (CorpPass). The document is requested during the registration flow. However, we might ask for it again if the first picture was blurry.

  • What the document must show. Your personal details and picture. 

  • What type of documents are accepted. National ID or passport. Driving licenses are not accepted, except for citizens from the USA. The picture must be in color.



USER SELFIE

  • When we ask for this document. For all users that do not sign up with MyInfo (CorpPass). The selfie is requested during the registration flow. However, we might ask for it again if the first selfie was blurry.

  • What the document must show. The selfie during the onboarding flow just needs to show your face as in your ID document. If the selfie was not clear and we request for a selfie to be sent by email, that selfie should show you with your identification document and a white paper with the word 'Aspire' written on it. 

  • What type of documents are accepted. The selfie must be in color.




BUSINESS CERTIFICATE OF SHAREHOLDING

  • When we ask for this document. For corporate shareholders that hold >10% ordinary shares in your business.

  • What the document must show. The full shareholding, including the names, identification number, and address of each shareholder, and the % or # shares he/she holds.

  • What type of documents are accepted. Certificate of registration, certificate of incumbency, audited financial report, document issued by a government Business Register, or Certified True Copy of shareholding. This document needs to be issued by a third party, such as a governmental organisation, or should be a Certified True Copy. 
    Certified True Copies are certified copies via wet signature by a Solicitor, Lawyer, Notary Public, Certified Public or Professional Accountant, Auditor, or Chartered Secretary, 
    The document must be <= 3 months old, and has to be certified

  • When we need more information. If the corporate shareholder is held by other corporate shareholders with >50% shares, you will need to provide the corporate shareholding of these companies as well



BUSINESS CONSTITUTION

  • When we ask for this document. For all companies at registration.

  • What the document must show. The rules and procedures that govern the company.

  • What type of documents are accepted. The constitution must be signed and certified. Pictures or scans are accepted.
